Chicken Pot Pie
Super easy classic dinner, Chicken Pot Pie with flak and buttery crust, and creamy sauce with mix of chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- 1 can sweet peas 8oz
- 1 cup carrots diced and steamed
- 1 2/3 cup frozen mixed veggies, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Refrigerated pie crust
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix veggies, chicken, soup, and spices in a bowl.
- Place one pie crust in 9 in pie pan or skillet. Fill with chicken mixture.
- Top with second pie crust and trim/seal/flute the edges together. If not doing a lattice pie style, cut a few slices in the top of the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
