My son’s birthday is coming up! We still have a few months but I’m getting ready for his party already. My follower on my Instagram said “Never too early to get it ready” and I agree with her! Especially because I’m trying to make lots of things from home instead of buying them.
The first thing on my list that I wanted to make are pretty high chair banner with ribbons. I started off with 4 different design (different color and width) ribbons from Hobby Lobby. I wanted gold lettering so I got gold foil paper and cut out one. Watch my video to see my tip on how to cut lettering. If you have Cricut, this will be so easy. But let’s be honest, unless you are a teacher or do this for business, you don’t have this machine. You just have to use what you have! I also got beige colored paper to create banner.
This project was SO easy that I’m glad I made it myself instead of buying it online. I’ll share more diy projects for J’s first birthday in the future posts! Stay tune!
