In the summer, it’s hard to keep the vegetables fresh. Often times, I only use part of the vegetables and put the leftover in the fridge to use it next time with a different recipe. But they don’t stay fresh for so long — especially cucumber and bell pepper. This is a perfect recipe to use when you have some left over veggies.
This might look complicated ion the video but all you need to do is cut the veggies into sticks, make eggs, and roll it in the toasted laver. Awesome thing about this recipe is that you can use anything that’s in your fridge. Get creative!
