Prepare one of these delicious guacamole as your meal prep (make sure to add lemon juice because this will prevent your mashed up guacamole from turning brown.) and have it with your salad, taco, snack, and anything!
Homemade Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Chopped onion let it sit in water for a bit to remove the spiciness
- 1 ½ – 2 tbsp Chopped tomato
- Minced Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Salt to taste
