I have another super simple Instant Pot recipe. You can of course make it without an Instant pot but this makes it extra simple to do! You just put all the ingredients in the pot and cook! Ever since I got the Instant pot, I’ve been loving making Korean food. It takes quarter of the time to make delicious recipe.
My husband loves to eat this porridge after eating the meat. I simply cook rice with the chicken broth in a pot, add finely chopped onion, carrots, and green onion. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Then top it off with shredded chicken and drizzle of sesame oil. This simple recipe is perfect for cold weather!

Ingredients
- Young chicken
- 2 Onions
- Leek or Korean green onion
- Milkvetch root
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 2 Jujube
- 1/3 cup cooking wine
- about 4 cups of water
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the Instant pot.
- Set it to Meat/stew 20 minutes
