This is such an easy recipe! It’s ready in less than 15 minutes but looks like you spent the whole day in the kitchen. In this recipe, you’ll have garlic cooked in butter. At the end, I added this garlic into the potatoes to make garlic mashed potato. It was incredible!
Lamb Chop
Simple and delicious pan seared lamb chop with butter and herbs.
Ingredients
- 9 Lamb chop
- 1 cup cooking wine
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 5 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Soak lamb chop in cooking wine. Add salt and pepper.
- Make oil paste by mixing garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, and olive oil. Rub the oil paste on lamb chop.
- Heat a dry cast iron skillet over a medium high heat. Then place the lamb chops and cook them until browned.Then, add butter (or ghee), and garlic. Spoon the butter over the lamb for a minute or so.
- Place the warm lamp chops on a serving dish. Enjoy!
