MARINATED CHERRY TOMATOES
A colorful, juicy and tasty side dish that is perfect to pair with your salad!
Ingredients
- 700 g cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 or +½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- parsley basil
- ½ tsp salt pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Cut a shallow x on the tip of the cherry tomatoes and put it in the boiling water for a few minutes. Put it in the cold water and peel off the tomato skin.
- Add all the ingredients to the cherry tomatoes and stir well.
- Marinate for about 30 minutes and store it in the fridge.
