Here I have 2 in 1 recipe for you. First is my favorite whole wheat bread ever. My mom made for me while I was in Korea and I LOVED it. I’m so happy I can finally share this recipe with you.
The best part about this recipe is that it’s no knead needed. You just add all the ingredients the night before, let it rest overnight, and bake it in the morning. It’s that simple!
The second part to this recipe is avocado open sandwich. Add pickled onion to this dish and it’s not only delicious but also adds beautiful color to it. YUM!
