Easy breakfast idea here! Amazing thing is that you can add whatever ingredients you want! Just keep the ratio of 1 to 2 for oats and milk of your choice. I added chia seeds for extra health benefits. Frozen berries add extra flavor to this quick breakfast. The best thing is, you just make it the night before and grab and go.
In my case, I’ve been working from home with the whole COVID-19 situation. Being 32 weeks pregnant, it’s been nice to get some extra sleep in the morning, get up and work out, head downstairs and grab overnight oats out of the fridge, and turn on my computer. So easy and quick full of nutrients.

- 1/2 cup oats
- chia seeds
- shredded coconut
- frozen berries
- 1 cup milk almond milk or any milk of your choice
- peanut butter (topping) almond butter or any nut butter of your choice
- fruit of your choice (topping) kiwi, banana, raspberry etc
