My husband loves anything dumpling. He likes steamed dumpling with kimchi in it. He likes water dumpling you cook in boiling water. The reason he started loving dumplings is because he fell in love with this pan fried dumpling he had in South Korea. On his first visit to Korea, he got to try many variety of food and one of them were these crispy pan fried dumpling.
With my mom’s recipe, I can easily make it at home for him. As you know by now, I like to make my own food from scratch instead of buying frozen/processed food. This recipe is so easy that you can make a bunch when you are making them and put them in the freezer too!
