Candied Walnuts

Super easy caramelized & candied walnuts perfect for your salad or even just to snack on!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add granulated sugar, butter, and walnuts.
  • Stir frequently until the sugar mixture melts and coat the walnuts.
  • Transfer the sugar coated walnuts onto a parchment paper and spread them out before they start hardening.
  • Let the nuts cool down for 10 minutes or so and enjoy!

Notes

Store these candied walnuts in an airtight container for 3-5 days at room temperature.
