I’ve made Chocolate Chip Banana Power Muffin recently. That recipe uses Kodiak cake powder but if you are not into high protein, power muffins or don’t have kodiak powder, try this banana bread recipe. This is the best MOIST chocolate chip banana bread you’ll ever have.
I used greek yogurt in this recipe and that’s what give this moistness to the banana bread. You can use sour cream (use the same amount as greek yogurt in the recipe) if you want but I used greek yogurt to make it a bit healthier.
