Two ways to cut brownies cleanly

These simple tips and tricks will come in handy when you’ll be slicing through the picture perfect brownies you just made.
Before using my ‘2 ways to cut the brownies cleanly,’ here are some tips you need to know!
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting
- Clean the knife blade aftereach cut
- Press down firmly and don’t saw back and forth or drag the knife
Use a hot knife.
Simply run your sharp knife under hot water then dry off the blade. Cut your brownie and repeat the process after each cut.
Plastic knife.
This is the easiest way in my opinion! Simply use a plastic knife to cut. No need to clean the blade in between each cut.
